DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times vary based on your location and the customs regulations of your country:
EU Countries: 2-5 business days.
United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada: 2-3 business days.
Other Countries: Delivery times may be longer due to local customs procedures. For specific information, please contact your local customs office.

We offer flat shipping rates and free shipping worldwide with a minimum order amount. The rates and minimums are as follows:
EU Countries:
- Orders up to €89: Shipping fee of €8.
- Orders above €89: Free shipping.

Croatia:
- Orders up to €50: Shipping fee of €4.
- Orders from €50: Free shipping.

PACKAGING
We take pride in our eco-friendly packaging, which is completely plastic-free, including the tape we use. Every package is carefully inspected before being handed over to our delivery partners.
